2008 Voter Turnout

This Wall Street Journal blog titled "Political Perspectives" comments on the voter turnout in the 2008 presidential election. Essentially, the author feels that voter turnout was good but could have been better. The different relationships between parties and voter participation are examined, as well as differences between the individual candidates.
