Essentially, the author feels that voter turnout was good but could have been better. Choose or Lose, sponsored by Think MTV, started a campaign called Amp Your Voice. This campaign has employed young Americans from all 50 states to become their street team. The Presidential Race in Comic Books

It looks like the election has even reached the world of comic books, but not in the way you'd expect. As many remember, Stephen Colbert announced his candidacy for president on his show a while back. It was a joke, although many fans of his would've liked to see him make an actual run for the White House, a la Robin Williams in Man of the Year.

Anyway, Colbert's campaign is apparently still going strong in the Marvel Comics universe. Check out the web announcement, with pictures and everything, here.

Reaction is as mixed as it is anywhere with issues of charisma and question dodging popping up. It will be interesting to see how these views shift over the course of subsequent debates.
